Fully managed IT support prices are based on the number of users, devices, servers and network infrastructure as well as size of data within the business. It includes IT helpdesk support via phone, email with remote support during business hours as well as onsite visits.

Charging is usually per user + infrastructure so always confirm what you are paying for. Managed IT Support will go deeper into your business, helping you with administration of your users, your services, purchasing and business goals.

Fully managed IT support is unlimited, unrestricted with no limits to the number of calls or tickets you raise, support for 3^rd party Software installations along with oversight on bespoke packages which are usually supported by the vendors. Typical packages across the industry per user are between £50 to £135 per user depending on the complexity. Servers range from £100 to £400 per month.

Pricing based on Small, Medium and Large SME’s for IT support is tiered as the demands for the sizes of the businesses will differ, if a small company scales up fast expect a bump in the budget, we support new start-ups and established businesses – the SLA’s will also be tuned to meet your expectations. We provide transparent pricing without extra charges for cover which is detailed in the agreement between ourselves and the client.
