杨进，经济学博士，现任tyc86太阳集团副教授、研究生导师。主要研究方向为政府预算、地方政府与财政治理、制度与经济发展。学术成果发表在World Development、China Economic Review、Economics of Transition and Institutional Change、《中国工业经济》、《中国行政管理》等中外文期刊。兼任四川省财政学会理事、成都市人大常委会立法咨询专家、预算咨询专家。

2016年毕业于厦门大学王亚南经济研究院，获经济学博士学位
